The New Zealand Telecommunications Forum (TCF) plays a vital role as a credible, effective voice for the telecommunications industry and in bringing industry participants together to resolve regulatory, technical and policy issues. In doing so, we enable the best possible outcomes for New Zealand consumers.
The TCF facilitates the development of consensus-based, self-regulatory codes, that set standards and specifications for the way members interact on industry-wide issues, such as facilitating customer switching, blocking scam callers and providing customer dispute resolution services.
Working Parties are established (made up of TCF member representatives) to undertake specific pieces of work and deliver a unified voice for the sector. We also provide a range of services for consumers.
Our member companies represent over 95% of NZ telecommunications customers.
