Revised Customer Transfer Code due out in August

Following a workshop held with TCF members in early June, it was agreed that retail service providers should not have to provide supply chain information to customers who are transferring from one provider to another. This requirement has now been removed from the draft code.

The purpose of the Customer Transfer Code is to ensure a seamless experience for all parties involved when a customer transfers from one telecommunication services provider to another. The amended version of the Code will be circulated and posted on the TCF website once it has been approved by the working party and TCF Board.
